I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of five. Before opening the agency, I worked for Prudential Bank and later in construction. I'm a graduate of Cal State Long Beach, enjoy hunting, training dogs, and spending time on my farm, and family is an important part of my life.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Dave Milloy - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
